Equipped with the original Opinel children’s carving knife and a linden wood block, you can start right away with your first piece of work. You’ll soon have carved a small boat. Now just attach the mast and the fabric sail, and the sailboat is ready for play. A particularly clever feature: The sail can even be gathered with ropes and adjusted to different positions. The instructions show children step by step how to safely learn the basics of carving and offer many ideas for what can be created using their own finds from nature.
